Kashrut Policy

We offer 3 options for keeping Kosher in our vacation rentals:

1. We kosher the sinks, oven, gas hob and microwave, and provide an electric Shabbat hot plate and electric hot water urn at no extra cost.
   
2. For an additional fee, we will provide a "chalavi" (dairy) kitchen, including a set of dishes, cutlery, dish sponges, scouring pads, dish towels, kitchen utensils,  pots & pans (all used only by guests that keep kosher). 3. For an additional fee, we will provide a "basari" (meat) kitchen, including a set of dishes, cutlery, dish sponges, scouring pads, dish towels, kitchen utensils,  pots & pans (all used only by guests that keep kosher). We kosher the sinks, oven, gas hob and microwave , and provide an electric Shabbat hot plate and electric hot water urn.
